Abstract According to the findings of article, researchers looked at graphene-based hexagonal microstrip patch antennas. In place a U-shaped slot and an elliptical slot, ellipse-shaped was cut into surface radiators that were used in designs recommended. This helped improve radiation performance radiators. A frequency known as ultra-wideband (UWB) is modelling process for anticipated structures. Through use comparative studies, investigation effect elliptical-shaped slots on proposed graphene antenna has been carried out. The ellipsoidal slot-loaded structures results considerable enhancements advancements directivity. impedance bandwidths S11 antennas with gain 10 dB range from 0.68 1.63 terahertz loaded printed antennas, respectively. Extensive research presented various characteristics THz types. offered provide excellent matching over full operating range. made possible by high reflection VSWR values they possess. cutting-edge design may be spectrum imaging, detection explosives, medical diagnostics, radio transmission, monitoring weather.
